The role involves investigating and developing commercial cases, managing incoming client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to client service.Duties:Investigate and develop commercial casesAccept incoming calls from potential new clients (PNC’s)Ascertain relevant facts and discuss all aspects of PNC’s claimsSecure authorization to sign up, decline, or further evaluate claimsExplain attorney-client contractSign up cases in and out of the officeCover on a rotational basisProvide monthly updates to clientsConduct client meetingsAddress/return all client calls by the end of the business dayPerform out-of-office sign-ups and after-hours on-call dutiesEnsure 100% compliance on grade cardsEnsure ethical and legal obligations of all subordinatesMaximize case values and attorney fees recoveredUndertake additional projects as assignedRequirements:Possess strong initiativeExcellent management and leadership skillsDetail-orientedEffective communication and delegationCustomer service skillsEmotional intelligenceHigh energy motivatorSales ability to relate the unique features and benefits of the law firmMulti-tasking, time management, and the ability to organize and prioritize workAbility to motivate and energize support staffApproachable with professionalism in communicationLegal Research and Analysis skillsBilingual Spanish a plusJD must be licensed in Texas and good standing0-3 Years Personal Injury experienceStrong commitment to client serviceExcellent writing skillsExperience working on cross-functional teamsPrevious customer service/sales experience preferred with after-hours on-call experiencePrevious experience supervising non-attorneysEducation and Certifications:JD degreeMust be licensed in Texas and good standingJob Location: Irving, TXBenefits offered:Paid vacation, all-purpose leave, and holidays401(k) plan with a 4% match and immediate vestingMedical - 80% employer contributionDental, vision, and supplemental insurance are availableCareer growth opportunitiesEmployee Recognition ProgramsGym membershipCompany events, including community involvementRelocation expense reimbursement
