Raya was found tied to a tree on a property that was vacant for at least three weeks. Poor girl was skin and bones and had swollen gums from splinters and sticks she was trying to eat because she had no food. Luckily she found her way to Furkids with a foster home who loves her and is giving her the attention she needs! Despite being let down by her humans, Raya is full of love and affection. She is a happy girl and she loves humans and other dogs alike. She loves cats so much she chases them and would do best in a home without cats. Raya now weighs a healthy 48 lbs., and is approximately 4.5 years old (est. birthdate 01/02/2019). Raya has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $305. Raya is currently undergoing treatments for heartworm disease. Until she has completed her treatments and is fully recovered, she is available for adoption only in the Atlanta area. She must be able to come to Furkids' shelter for treatments.
