We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Community Mentor to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of community members. Am I a good fit? You will be working in the heart of our community. This role may involve travel within the community to meet clients in their own environments. A flexible schedule is important for this role and allows you to have control over your session planning. Effective interpersonal communication skills and organization skills will ensure success in this role. Qualifications for this position include: High School diploma Volunteer and/or work experience with children and families preferred. Valid Virginia driver's license; Must be able to provide your own transportation to and from place of work. Potential to provide services in neighboring counties. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) required. Part-time pay range: $19-$22 per hour, based on experience!
