Role and Responsibilities Resource Management Concepts, Inc(RMC) provides high-quality, professional services to government and commercial sectorsOur mission is to deliver exceptional management and technology solutions supporting the protection and preservation of the people and environment of the United States of AmericaRMC is hiring an Accounting Assistant to work on site at the Lexington Park Office--- Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and inputting accounts payable data--- Tracking and recording purchase orders and electronic payments to meet weekly deadlines--- Process training and government travel reimbursements--- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures--- Assist with procurement, fixed asset purchases and inventory--- Effectively communicate with vendors, consultants and fellow employees Requirements--- Bachelor's degree in business related field or demonstrated work experience in government contract accounting OR a m inimum of 5 years corporate office experience--- Understanding and application of GAAP Telework is not available for this position Preferred Skills--- Government contracting experience--- Work well under pressure, organization skills, accuracy and meticulous attention to detail--- Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service #IND123
