Job Description SNI Companies is seeking a Receptionist to join a great organization in the Jacksonville, FL area! Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour Schedule: M - F, 8am to 5pm 90-day contract-to-hire We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Receptionist Job Description/Summary: * Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office * Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office * Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls * Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email * Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable * Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries * Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock * Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required * 1+ years of experience as a Receptionist * Strong customer service skills and experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites * Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks * Must be able to pass background check and drug test Benefits: * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401K Plan * Short-term and long-term disability policies, life insurance policies * PTO, Holiday Pay, Sick Day Pay
