Description:
Job Title: RF Design Engineer Location: Southfield, MI. Onsite 5 days a week. Expected duration: 3-6 months with possible extension Description: Perform complete RF Design for 1st tier RF carrier Search area issuance, candidate assessment, approvals, Macro / Smalls Designs and RF design support for bringing these solutions on-air. Redesign mature network areas to minimize capacity constraints and improve SINR while working with other areas of the network to ensure performance fixes/initiatives are in place Hands on experience with ATOLL . Perform Macro/Small Cell Design design including antenna selection and placement, utilizing knowledge of C-band, 5G, LTE, CDMA to contribute in network design Create CIQs, E911 submissions, COPs etc. Work on new cell sites, making sure the site is properly integrated into the network and optimized for peak performance Work with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize components for best efficiency and reliability Powered by JazzHR
