This employee will possess proven change management skills to evaluate the onboarding processes of successfully implementing clients from another software system or a manual file system to a complete integration with the DASH platform. The Restoration Software Implementation Trainer will ensure the client understands and is fully successful in the use of the DASH platform.This position reports to the Manager, Client Services. This position has no direct reports.Critical Job Duties: * Develop a strong client relationship from the beginning of the implementation cycle through the hand off to the Growth Advisor. * Ensures positive learning environment in training procedures. * Follow the Fast Break Implementation guideline for all training calls and client interactions. * Record training sessions and upload coach's call notes into SalesForce. * Comfortable training clients in a virtual environment utilizing a web camera * Follow the "At Risk" mitigation process and notify senior Management as appropriate. * Completes fields in the Fast Break engagement section of SalesForce as the client's training progresses. * If additional follow up is needed and not addressed on training calls, the coach will reach out to the client to ensure all training needs are met. * Weekly touchpoint calls to all active implementation clients. * Work closely with the Inside Sales Team to ensure the excitement of the sales process carries over to the onboarding process.Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in related field highly preferred * High school diploma or GED required * Restoration Industry experience required * 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience required * Experience with DASH highly preferred * Proven administrative and project management skills * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Presentation skills utilizing PowerPoint are a plus. * Basic proficiency with ZOOM or GoToMeeting video conferencing software required * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify, diagnose, and solve customer problems. * Basic proficiency with Excel is required * Heightened sense of urgency and follow-through * Keen mindfulness; Type A personality who takes responsibility and follows through#LI-remoteAnnual Pay Range:54,000 - 73,000 USDApplication Window:This opportunity is expected to remain posted through the date identified below, subject to business needs.2024-04-30CoreLogic benefits information can be found here: http://www.yourcorebenefits.com/.
