Become a maker of possible with us.The Senior Global Marketing Manager will support global marketing and brand management for genomics and proteomics products within BD's Specimen Management business. This includes all products from PreAnalytiX (a joint venture between BD and QIAGEN whose mission is to enable and improve molecular diagnostic testing) and the Cell and Biomarker Preservation (CBP) product portfolio. This individual will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Clinical and Scientific Affairs and other stakeholders from both BD and QIAGEN. Responsibilities include: Support global marketing planning and execution to achieve business objectives.Develop and execute marketing campaigns and collaterals, including development of value proposition, messaging and content.Lead participation in industry conferences, working with internal and external stakeholders.Manage external stakeholders to develop marketing assets and execute marketing plan, e.g. organize webinars, customer testimonials, and speaker engagements at conferences.Support engagement with external collaborators, key opinion leaders and other business development activities.Provide input on pre- and post-launch evidence generation activities based on understanding of customer needs and marketing objectives. Lead development of marketing campaigns and collaterals, leveraging evidence.Manage website and related lead generation / e-commerce activities.Support and/or lead sales education / enablement.Support and/or lead scientific marketing.Support and/or lead assessment of unmet needs and development of business cases for pipeline projects.Support and/or lead marketing activities driving the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process.Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes. Qualifications: Degree or experience in life sciences research and molecular diagnostics required.Advanced degrees such as an MBA and/or Ph.D.or Equivalent Experience required.7+ years relevant marketingexperiencein life sciences / biotechnology related field.Understanding of molecular diagnostics space is required; knowledge preanalytical workflows for DNA / RNA / proteomics based testing is highly desired.Results oriented, capable of independently managing and driving projects.Effective skills in areas of interpersonal, oral and written communication, organization, prioritization and planning, goal setting, analytical and problem solving.Experience working with global teams, in a matrix organization.For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company's receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
