Practice Area: Litigation - Health Care - Defense,Litigation - Commercial, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a skilled Mid-to-Senior-Level Managed Care Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong background in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials and significant experience in managed care or health care matters. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on complex managed care litigation matters.Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.Manage multiple cases and/or regulatory/compliance matters concurrently.Serve as the primary point of contact for litigation and counseling matters, coordinating with other team members and clients.Act as a client liaison, providing updates and strategic advice as needed.Participate in case management and client counseling activities. Requirements:3-7 years of law firm or relevant in-house experience.Excellent academic credentials.Strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills.Experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration.Prior experience in managed care or health care is required.Ability to handle multiple cases and manage regulatory or compliance matters effectively.Significant case management and/or client counseling experience preferred. Preferred Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Experience with case management software.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the managed care or health care industry.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Education and Certifications:JD from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
