Prime Locations: Work from our main office next to Truist Park or choose from our other vibrant markets. Key Responsibilities: Achieve personal commission goals through individual and team transactions. Engage in proactive client prospecting via calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring accurate reporting in Pipedrive CRM. Carve out an industry niche within our company verticals. Broker deals for both personal and DTSpade accounts. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 5-7 years as a commercial real estate broker/agent or equivalent sales experience. Licensing: Valid Salesperson license in Georgia or other relevant states. Expertise: Proven success as a Tenant Rep and/or Landlord Rep. Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of one or more of our markets. Network: Established industry contacts. Passion: Genuine interest in finding your own industry and geographic niche.
