We are looking for a conscientious, people-oriented candidate who will share our commitment to customer satisfaction. Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and committed to helping customers. Strong knowledge of automobile parts and customer service background preferred.Duties:Assist internal and external customers by researching part numbers and processing ordersDaily shipping and receivingResponsible for accuracy of incoming and outgoing ordersAssist with maintaining an accurate inventory by performing regular cycle counts and annual inventoriesAssist Service Department with Repair Order functionsHeavy lifting required, objects weighing over 50 poundsResponsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouseContribute to organization’s team effort by accomplishing special projects and tasksSkills/qualifications:Supply Management, Inventory Control, and/or Mechanical Background is a plusAble to communicate clearly both verbally and writtenAble to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast paced environmentExperience with Microsoft Office and general computer skillsExperience with computerized inventory systems such as CDKBi-lingual a plus, but not requiredMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordForklift certification a plus, but not requiredHigh School diplomaJob Type: Full-time Equal Employment Opportunity Maplecrest Ford Lincoln does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
