Austin is a 6 m/o female hound mix and is the biggest of her litter at 36 pounds! She is estimated to be upwards of 60-65 pounds once fully grown. Let me tell you a little about her: Sweet and sassy girl Puppy energy Rambunctious play style Has never met a stranger Big cuddle bug Loves her toys Prefers a dog bed or comfy chair Sun bathing beauty Good with dog savvy cats (she's very playful and will chase) Best time of day is dinner time Improving on house crate trained Leash trained Has learned commands such as sit, shake, and down! FUN FACT: She'll do anything for a tasty treat! Austin is current on age appropriate vaccines/preventives and is being fostered is Wellsville, PA. Apply today for a meet and greet if you think Austin might be the perfect fit for you and your family! We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate.
