Dog Day Out notes, 7/12/23:Gilbert went to two parks with me and was eager to walk in both. He seemed very timid and shy in the kennel but perked up as soon as we got outside. He walked well on a leash and would gleefully gallop right alongside me when I ran. He rarely barked, but when he did, it was a funny, little dog bark coming from medium-sized dog. It was a hot day, so we didn`t encounter a lot of other dogs or people. He was neither too needy nor too independent and might be good for someone looking for `just a regular dog.`
