A federally qualified health center in southeastern Massachusetts that provides primary care, nutrition, and dental care is actively seeking a Pediatrician. ? About the opportunity Flexible schedule with option of 4-day workweek 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours One other Pediatricians, a Pediatric NP, and strong support staff Nurse triage covers evening call Manageable daily patient census averaging 14-18 per day Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese?is a plus Generous compensation plan Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. 100% malpractice coverage and matching retirement plan, 4 weeks PTO, 3 personal days, 3 float holidays, 9.5 holidays, 1 week CME, CME allowance, all certifications, and license fees reimbursed.
