Data Entry Clerk (2nd Shift: 3PM - 11:30PM)

Job Summary The Manufacturing Data Entry Clerk will work closely with all Manufacturing teams to understand and streamline Manufacturing production processes. This position will be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks made by the Manufacturing teams, working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy, and reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Help finish production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials Assisting with batch records (prefilling out, reviewing/verification, and scanning/attaching) Helping the inventory controller to identify Bin locations and helping Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples Performing job duties under ISO requirements such as following the " line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions Other projects or responsibilities as may be required. iACT Competencies innovate - Be better, keep improving, be more efficient, creative, and be in the forefront of development Aspire - Have desire, purpose, and ambition challenging ourselves to push the limits and reach new heights Collaborate - Foster teamwork, common goals, selflessness, communication and mutual support Transform - Adapt, learn, re-invent and change for future development and growth Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience High school diploma with 6 months of data entry experience OR Biotechnology Certificate OR Associate degree in a science or related field Preferred Qualifications - Education and Experience Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems Some academic or industry laboratory experience Basic understanding of manufacturing processes The base salary range for this full-time position is $18.00 - $20.00/hour . The PM Shift is eligible for a Shift Deferential of 10%. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
