Responsibilities:• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the property in Gainesville, FL, US, ensuring all rental facets are functioning correctly and maintaining vendor connections.• Quickly arrange service and improvement contracts for tenants to ensure their satisfaction.• Facilitate the conclusion of rental contracts with occupants through lease arrangements and the timely collection and refunding of security deposits for a smooth move-in and move-out process.• Manage rent payments, financial obligations, and other tasks to achieve financial objectives.• Evaluate local leasing prices and calculate costs to ensure pricing aligns with current market trends.• Conduct property leasing activities, including giving tours and handling leads effectively. Qualifications:• Experience in managing multi-family or residential properties is required.• Holding a valid Real Estate License is a must.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.• The role does not involve weekend or evening hours.
