JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, a major Midstream operator is seeking a Fieldglass Administrator for a long term, open ended assignment. The primary responsibilities will be working under Supply Chain group as SAP Fieldglass Administrator SME to support Supervisors and Suppliers.Location: The Woodlands, TXContract Duration: 12 months subject to extensionOther: Additional benefits of this role include a comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, and more), All offers of employment subject to passing of drug & alcohol screeningAuthorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is requiredRESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and providing user support * Negotiate and Verify Supplier Rates * Help to Supervisors create, Job Postings, Revise Workers, Onboard/Offboard workers * Manage Job Templates, Supplier Profiles * Run Reports for various Stakeholder groups * Ensure Invoice process between Fieldglass and S4 * Troubleshoot error handling report * Attend meetings with Technical Run Team to review, assist, approve, IT tickets QUALIFICATIONS * 5-8 years of experience in vendor management, workforce management, or related field * Proven experience with the Fieldglass VMS platform, including system configuration and administration
