Our client located in Northbrook is looking for a contract Recruiter to assist the talent acquisition team during the busy season. This is a temporary position for three months.What You'll Do Manage end-to-end recruiting process including; talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation and acceptance. Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs. Partner strategically with hiring teams to develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hires. Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement. Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. Experience recruiting for a high volume and variety of roles and levels. Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with track record of building positive relationships. Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Workday. Ability to prioritize shifting demands in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
