Key Responsibilities: As the Supervising Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in: Providing personalised support and supervision to foster carers, children, and young people. Inspiring and nurturing the potential of both foster carers and young individuals through reflective and creative approaches. Participating in an out: of: hours on: call service, demonstrating your commitment to wrap: around support for foster carers. Actively contributing to the growth and development of the Fostering service. Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should: Possess a reflective and creative approach to social work. Have relevant professional qualifications in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England (SWE). Demonstrate experience in fostering: related social work or child social care settings. Exhibit proficiency in identifying the needs of young people and making professional backssments. Maintain a strong understanding of fostering regulations, childcare law, and safeguarding issues.
