2013 Tennessee Walker Mare, 14.3h Penny came to us after having some hoof issues with her previous owner, and her feet are currently being treated for white line disease. During her initial week at the Center, we found Penny to be sweet but rather spooky and reactive on the ground. Penny knows how to lunge and disengage her hind end and is currently working on backing. She does walk, trot, and gait. We have not evaluated Penny under saddle yet. After Penny’s white line was successfully treated, our trainer Abby has begun to work with her and reintroduce some groundwork skills. Although Penny can still be pretty reactive, she knows all the groundwork basics and has been started over obstacles. Recently, we have begun to add a saddle during her sessions and will get on her soon! Keep checking for updates on her riding progress. Adoption Price: $850
