Meet Kito!Kito is a senior sweetheart looking for a forever family who understands his special needs. This orange and white domestic short hair would prefer to be in a home where he is the only cat and loves his personal space. Although he still loves cuddles, he just wants them on his own time. Kito will require a medical consultation with our on-site veterinarian before being adopted as he is diabetic and will require daily insulin. Because of his special diet, he will need to be the only cat in the home. If you have been looking to care for an animal with special medical needs, please stop by the shelter and meet sweet Kito! He would love to spend the rest of his life in your care! There is a mandatory consultation with our veterinarian before he can be adopted.HSPC's adoption fee is currently reduced from $100 to $75 unless stated otherwise within the pet's description. Every pet that is available for adoption has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, wormed and is up-to-date on vaccinations including heartworm preventative (canines). Adopters are required to schedule a wellness exam with their veterinarian at their cost within 7 days of adoption. We are currently closed to the public and we will only respond to inquiries accompanying an application submitted through warmhearts.org/adopt.
