Our busy restoration company is seeking an empathetic, hard-working restoration technician to help victims of man-made and natural disasters get their lives back to normal. You'll be responsible for assessing homes for damages, determining what can be salvaged and what needs to be disposed of, and then clean, repair, and restore properties. The ideal candidate for this position will be an outstanding communicator, a team player and, above all, someone who enjoys helping people. If you're ready to get started, apply today! Responsibilities: • Survey structures for fire, mold, weather, and water damage• Repair and restore the structure• Demo and rebuild damaged structural elements, including drywall and plumbing• Deodorize and sanitize indoor space• Carry out water extraction and mitigation services Qualifications: • Must have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills• Must be comfortable with fieldwork and working in various weather and environments• A high school diploma or GED is required• Applicant must be skilled in using hand and power tools • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and in good physical fitness and stamina for cleanup• IICRC (WRT) certification is preferred but not required Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 About Company: We are a growing family-oriented company looking for an ambitious individual to grow with us. there is room for advancement once you are willing to apply yourself.
