Landmark Trailers is a full-service Trailer maintenance and Repair facility. We specialize any make/any model trailer and or medium duty box trucks. What We Offer: Health, dental and vision insurance 401K 401K Match Life insurance PTO/ Holiday Pay Responsibilities: Repair Trailers and operate tools on day-to-day basis. Mechanics will perform quality repairs and maintenance on all Heavy Trailers and refrigerated trailer as specified in manufacturer designed procedures or accepted industry practices. Work on trailers, repair top rail and bottom rails, replace panels, bumpers, welding, and body swaps. Mechanics will accurately complete all paperwork including repair information on work orders, information for state and federal certification inspections, etc. Dedication and adherence to all company and industry safety standards Perform a wide variety of repairs, maintenance, installations, replacements, preventative maintenance, and diagnostic tasks for various makes and models of semi-trailers in an efficient, timely, accurate, professional, and safe manner in accordance with all Company polices Job Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred Minimum of 3 years of repair and maintenance experience in a heavy trailer / fleet dealership or shop environment Possess own tools to perform work on all equipment Knowledge on A/C system, brake system, emission systems, air systems and diagnostics / trouble shooting of diesel engines Basic computer skills with ability to use diagnostic programs Hold CDL license or be capable of obtaining a CDL license Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and MVR check Required experience: Required license or certification: Trailer Mechanic experience 3 years plus CDL Preferred Certified welder a plus
