Their clients are well-known brands across different industries, including F&B, Pharma, confectionery, and the cosmetic industry, amongst many other leading companies. They are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team in High Wycombe. As the Administration Assistant, you will report to the Administration Manager and be responsible for logistics and administration. This includes: Obtaining quotes from freight forwarding partners for customer shipments, Processing orders, Arranging delivery of ordered goods, Corresponding with customers and suppliers, Assisting the Sales Directors with social media/marketing. To be successful in this role, you should have the following: Excellent communication and customer service skills, High attention to detail, Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including excel, microsoft 365Exceptional organisational skillinteractionperience with SAGE Accounting System and knowledge of logistics is desirable, and spoken French would be an advantage but not essential.
