This is a very well regarded and highly reviewed automatic espresso machine. I purchased this item new from William s Sonoma and have been extremely happy with it. It pulls a very good shot of espresso and ejects a nice tight puck of ground coffee. This item is used and well cared for, including regular maintenance as suggested by the manual. I have cleaned the unit thoroughly, including the infuser. It will be shipped well packaged. There are some very light scuffs from normal use that really only show up in direct flash. The plastic scoop for ground coffee is missing. The cup tray looks almost like new. Again, this item is used but looks and operates great.
