Responsibilities: • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs• Handle customer complaints as necessary• Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information• Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready• Help our guests have an enjoyable stay by Making it Right before, during and after their stay. Ensure that every guest feels cared for, valued and respected Qualifications: • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills About Company: Just off Magnificent Mile, our suites are adjacent to the John Hancock Center.
