Responsibilities: --- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel --- Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends --- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities --- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals --- Convert "no" into "yes" by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points --- Maintain a professional appearance --- Inspect Properties and create repair plans --- Maximize every lead and appointment assigned --- Achieve sales targets --- Build winning relationships, both with clients and team members --- Followsalesprocesses Qualifications: --- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike --- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience --- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills --- High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred --- A consistent top performer in sales --- Clean driving record with an active driver's license --- Construction experience preferred About Company: G.L.
