Great Dane Dog for Adoption in East Derry, New Hampshire, 03041 USNickname: Zeus Posted Breed: Great Dane (short coat). All interested people should submit an adoption application as their first step. Zeus is a local surrender whose owner recently passed away. We believe he is about 3 years old and weighs 96 lbs. Zeus is good with kids, but due to his size, we will not place him with young children. He is very selective on dogs he likes, so we believe he should be the only dog. He did not seem to show any interest in cats he has met. Zeus is house trained, crate trained, and loves the car. Zeus is doing great with his leash walking. He will chew things like toys, pillows, etc. Zeus is a very sweet boy who deserves a great family of his own! All pets adopted from GDHS are spayed or neutered, have vaccinations brought up to date, are on heartworm preventative (dogs), FIV/FELV tested (cats) and microchipped. The Greater Derry Humane Society does not have a physical shelter, and all visits are by appointment only.
