About the role Department : Finance Mentor's Title : Director, Finance Start Date : May 2024 Anticipated Duration : Summer Compensation : Paid Responsibilities This position will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis Duties include but are not limited to: Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis Assist accounting managers with reports, etc Assist with A/P & A/R functions Assist in accounting schedules & filing Keying data into automated system and verifying input for large OPTIOConversion Project Respond to routine questions related to area of responsibility Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed Qualifications Completed at least two Accounting courses at college level A working knowledge of Excel spreadsheet application is required Education & Experience Must be currently enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing an associate degree or higher at the sophmore level or above Desired Major : Accounting What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
