Our client, a leading real estate investment firm, is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Manager. This individual will spearhead the development and new marketing campaigns and provide hands-on support for the company's Business Development Team. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain company website, digital marketing, and marketing materials Report on marketing metrics Maintain and upkeep Salesforce database system Oversee coordination for industry conferences and events Aid with targeting pre-qualified leads About You: Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in marketing and business development, ideally within healthcare or real estate Experience with WordPress and Salesforce preferred Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to travel nationally to 10 trade shows per year Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
