PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Full-time employee for our Property Management Company. "Real Estate Salesperson License" is required. We use "Appfolio Property Manager" software. Any experience in this software is beneficial but not required as we can train you. You will also need a reliable car and cell phone. Some of the duties of this job will include: filing, data entry, answering phones, general office work, showing properties to prospective tenants, drive by property inspections and processing applications.
