Direct Support Professional open hours: Champlin, MN: Thursday 10:00pm-9:00amMonday and Friday 3:00pm-8:00pmSaturday and Sunday 10:00pm-9:00am White Bear Lake, MN: Saturday 12:00pm-10:00pmSaturday 10:00pm-12:00pm St. Paul, MN: Saturday and Sunday 9am-8pmSaturday and Sunday 10:00pm-9:00am Shoreview, MN: Friday and Sunday 2:00pm-8:00pm Hopkins, MN: Monday- Thursday 2:00pm-7:00pmFriday 2:00pm-8:00pmThursday, Friday, Sunday 10:00pm-9:00am Compensation: $15.75- $17.50 per hour depending on the location. In this role you will be making a difference by: Supporting individuals with daily needs including personal cares Administering medications Cooking and housework Provide constant supervision Transportation to appointments and community events To be considered for this role you must: Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle Hold an acceptable driving record Possess strong English communication skills Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.) Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred All full-time positions offer a generous benefits package, including 50%-70% paid premiums for health and dental benefits, retirement matching, paid holidays, PTO, etc. Pathways to Community is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
