“The Business Executive will lead our internal servicing teams with excellence to provide financial, facilities and IT support to the ministry teams and information to the Executive Pastor.” This is a great opportunity for a high-capacity leader to create teams that assist all ministries with financial, facilities, and IT support. Who you are: You are someone who is able to see the big picture of Cornerstone’s ministry clearly. You lead others toward a common goal, work well with other ministry leaders to provide excellent service and timely competition of responsibilities by your ministries. You are someone with a strong sense of urgency and ability to make decisions that reflect the vision and values of the church. You are a great team player, viewing your role as customer service to other ministries through training, organization and leading the staff from each area you oversee. What you will do: Recruit, hire and lead the Finance team in the following: Budgeting and forecasting, financial statements and reporting, Payables and expense card reconciliation, Petty cash management, managing online processor relationships, monitoring all finance department communications, work with our outside vendor for all accounting/finance functions. Recruit, hire and lead the Facilities team through regular maintenance, event support and weekend ministries support of set up, repair, working with contractors, etc. Recruit, hire and lead our IT internally and vendors to support ministries in compiling data, communicating, and moving our congregation to being fully devoted followers of Jesus. Experience you have: 5+ years’ experience in Finance Management experience working in a large church setting of 2000+. Over multiple internal servicing areas. Proficient with Excel, QuickBooks Online, CRM or database software. Built strong teams to complete service-oriented goals in a church or non-profit setting. History of working with vendors to negotiate costs and manage projects. History of forecasting and overseeing multiple budgets. Skills you have: Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Self-motivated, teachable, and an eagerness to work with other teams. Significant collaboration skills with other teams & people. Detail oriented with a strong financial services background.
