SUMMARY The production associate provides technical, mechanical and electrical assembly, finishing, and packaging of components and finished goods and completes all related paperwork. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to the following. Assembling, finishing, and packaging components and products. Participating in scheduled production meetings as requested. Assisting with technical training of all new employees and existing employees as assigned. All other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Consistent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and interpret/follow written work instructions Close vision and manual dexterity EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A high school diploma is preferred, but not required. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; sit; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
