Job Description: Dealership Receptionist/CashierWe are currently seeking a friendly and professional Dealership Receptionist/Cashier to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all our customers and visitors. This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.Responsibilities: Greet customers and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner, transferring calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as necessary. Provide accurate and helpful information to callers or visitors, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Call customers when their EDRS is available, or certify mail them to the customer. Manage the dealership's reception area, sales showroom and service lounge, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times. Covering the Service cashiers when needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient computer skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple phone lines simultaneously while maintaining composure. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Ability to adapt and quickly learn dealership-specific software and systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. Bilingual is a plus.
