This innovative contact centre platform seamlessly integrates with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and incorporates a chatbot to deliver real-time support to human agents.Outlier is seeking an AI Chatbot Prompt Engineer & Writer to play a vital role in training our chatbots. The selected individual will actively engage in conversations and develop interactions to improve the chatbot's conversational capabilities. This position offers an exciting prospect to contribute to advancing AI technology while enjoying the benefits of remote work and a flexible schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES Generate diverse and engaging conversations to train AI chatbots. Craft high-quality responses to improve chatbot performance. Compare and evaluate the performance of different AI models. Conduct research and fact-check AI responses to ensure accuracy and originality. REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English, with excellent writing and grammar skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to create valuable and compelling conversations.
