Position Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Independent Sales Representatives to drive sales in designated market areas. This is a great opportunity for those who need schedule flexibility or want to earn extra income. Responsibilities include educating prospects on our products through calls and face-to-face meetings, developing customer relationships, identifying networking opportunities, and finding new customers through cold-calling, emailing, and social media advertising. Arranging meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products. Participating in identifying potential customers through networking and following leads. Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers. Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing. Following up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations. Requirements Proven sales experience selling to multiple accounts Self motivated and the ability to work independently Effective communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Able to implement effective sales strategies to continually meet or exceed sales targets Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to local customers Soil and garden industry knowledge or experience a plus EEO Statement Return is an equal opportunity employer.
