We are looking for a Super Star Call Center representative for our Agoura Hills, California market and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Earn money while making a positive impact that help homeowners improve their homes. General Purpose:Customer Service skills is a must. Contact homeowners by telephone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations. We offer hourly plus commission. Hourly is 18-23 depending on interview and experience. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Deliver scripted pitch to the homeowners Adjust scripted pitch to meet needs of specific homeowners Handle homeowner's questions and objections Obtain homeowners information including names and addresses phone numbers etc. Receive appointments over the telephone Input appointment details into the computer system Input homeowners’ information and important details of conversation Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners who are responding to advertisements Contact homeowners to follow up on initial interaction Update lead information and maintaining reports Education and Experience: Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies Relevant work experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions Product knowledge --Training provided Proficiency in relevant computer applications Follow up with customers you have set Key Competencies: Communication skills Information gathering & management Persuasiveness Adaptability Initiative Tenacious High energy level Self-Motivation Industry best training Ongoing Support Advancement Opportunities Full time If you have any questions, or want to speak with the hiring manager directly, call at (818) 699-XXXX.
