Meet Corn Flakes - small, but mighty! This sweet little lady was rescued along with her brother, Rice Krispies, after their previous owner unfortunately passed away. Despite coming from sad circumstances at such a young age, she is now looking for the purr-fect family to embrace her gentle, sweet, and independent spirit!Corn Flakes is a curious gal that prefers to explore new surroundings on her own at first, though she will return frequently for pets of reassurance from her trusted people. She currently doesn’t enjoy being picked up, however she will seek out affection on her own terms when she is ready. Her foster mom says it seems like she will be a “ball of energy” once she has settled into her forever home.Her brother, Rice Krispies, is her best friend in the world. The two of them can often be found playing and skirmishing over toys, which she is still learning about! Once you’re deemed part of RK's “in” crowd, she LOVES receiving cheek and neck scratches and long strokes down her back.Corn Flakes would do best in a quiet home with people who are willing to be patient earning her trust, allowing her personality to blossom over time. She would also do best in a home with older children who are familiar with cats and can respect her independent nature and desire for affection on her own terms.Corn Flakes would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to be adopted with her brother, Rice Krispies, who she loves fiercely and feels the safest with when they are together.
