Yola is a fun, goofy, bull-in-a-China shop middle-aged lady who is very polite and lovable. She loves to be around people and be the center of attention. She loves being outside and might even try to sneak out of the door just to be in the fresh air. When she settles down, she loves to sleep and be petted all over her body, especially around her ears, eyes, snout and neck until she slowly closes her eyes and falls asleep. Her bark is amazing as though she is trying to have a meaningful conversation with you!Yola is housetrained, walks well on leash, and loves meeting new human friends! Yola would love a home where you are around a lot so she can get unlimited bum scratches!Adoption processHow do I adopt a pet? Come to the shelter and meet our wonderful pets! Our staff and volunteer counselors are available to help you find a perfect match for your lifestyle. In order to complete your adoption we require the following: Photo IdentificationProof of AddressAdoption Application (available online or fill it out at the shelter)How much does it cost? The Pennsylvania SPCA runs special adoption promotions with reduced pricing on select animals each and every day. The Pennsylvania SPCA regular adoption prices are: Dogs and CatsKittens (under 7 months) — $150Cats over 7 months – $85Dogs over 7 months – $300Puppies under 7 months - $450 Prices vary and are at manager’s discretion.We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks (with ID) and debit cards.
