This role will be responsible for a full range of activities including: * Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex software development projects. * Collaborate with product managers to align software development with product vision and company objectives. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of projects. * Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives. * Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as needed. * Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling. * Ensure software deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. * Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks. * Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management. * Foster a collaborative and productive environment for the development team.YOUR EXPERTISE AND SKILLSTo perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in software project management. * Proven experience in product management or working closely with product management teams. * Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities. * Familiarity with project management tools and software.Preferred Qualifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. * Experience with remote and multicultural teams.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
