The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the insurance coverage and bad faith practice. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, along with a top academic background, are essential for this role. Judicial clerkship experience is highly valued, and candidates licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, with a preference for New Jersey licensure, are encouraged to apply. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to insurance coverage matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist in all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on insurance coverage issues and bad faith claims.Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex cases and client matters.Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania; New Jersey licensure preferred.Strong academic credentials, with emphasis on coursework related to insurance law.Should have litigation experience, preferably in insurance coverage matters.Prior judicial clerkship experience is advantageous.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
