Job Description: HR Director EUROPELocation: Frankfurt Salary: €100.000 - €130.000 + perks Start: ASAPAs a European HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing human resources operations across multiple countries within Europe. This role requires a deep understanding of European labor laws and regulations for multiple countries, as well as the ability to implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across European markets. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Implement programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner. Promote a positive work culture that values diversity, inclusion, and respect. Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide training and support to managers on performance management best practices. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and support as needed. Recognize and reward high performers to motivate and retain top talent. Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement. Stay updated on European labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that adhere to local legal requirements. Conduct audits and backssments to ensure adherence to HR policies and standards. Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to address complex HR issues or disputes.
