This position requires excellent academic credentials, solid writing skills, and admission to practice in California.Duties:Provide legal counsel and transactional support in the healthcare sector, with a specific focus on private equity transactions.Collaborate with clients to structure and negotiate complex healthcare deals, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, contracts, and agreements related to healthcare transactions.Offer legal advice on a wide range of healthcare-related issues, including regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and corporate governance.Requirements:Minimum of 7 years of transactional experience, preferably in healthcare, with a strong focus on private equity transactions.Previous experience in a sophisticated law firm environment is highly desired.Healthcare-specific experience and knowledge of industry regulations are essential.Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills.Admission to practice law in California (CA).Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Bar admission in California (CA).Certifications:Bar admission to the State Bar of California.Skills:Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.In-depth understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.Business acumen and the ability to provide strategic legal advice.
