***Please read the following requirements before applying for Lilah.*** 1. She needs a quiet home without children. 2. She needs a patient adopter who will give her time to adapt and socialize. That could be weeks or months or even years. 3. She needs at least one other young, playful cat in the home with her. Available: Now Approximate DOB: 8/1/22 Lilah is a sweet but VERY shy girl. When we first pulled her from the shelter, she was absolutely terrified of people. She has been in her foster home since April 2023 and is still very shy. Lilah LOVES to play with toys (her favorite is a ball-track) and loves playing with other cats, especially our girl cats. She is still quite a bit shy around people, but with patience, gentle words and gentle pets, she could blossom into a wonderful companion. Her ideal home would be a quiet home without children that is willing to be patient, work with her and not demand anything of her. She need to socialize at her own pace. She needs to have at least one other young, playful cat with her. Kitty's adoption fee covers spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, age-appropriate distemper vaccines (at least 2), FeLV/FIV test, flea treatment, microchip & registration and dewormer. We believe that kitties should have a feline friend! For their health and happiness, we highly recommend that kitties be adopted in pairs. If you adopt more than one kitty, you will receive a discount of $25 per kitty. Previous adopters will receive a $25 discount on their new kitty. People think cats are easy pets, but they are very unique and there is a lot to learn. There is a lot of information online, and you are always welcome to ask us our advice.
