Retta is 13 lbs , mixed breed approx 10 week old thought to be Catahoula leopard dog mix. Rhetta and her sibling were found on the side of the road in Mississippi and were rescued and bottle fed. This type of dog can range in size so potential adopters should be prepared for a medium/large and active dog. This girl has the most gorgeous coat, pictures do not do her justice, and super cute ears! She is playful on her terms ,with this being said , a meet and greet is a must with any resident pups(potentially more than once). She is unsure of herself and would greatly benefit from a laid back , very tolerant resident dog, one who doesn’t mind being told what to do by a puppy. Working on confidence and very food motivated making her training a snap! She would prefer a home with older children as she can be startled very easily by the unpredictable behaviors of young children. Respectful of kittys. She loves to snuggle with her people and just needs a minute to warm up with strangers! Perfect amount of cuteness and puppy antics with this girl! Fenced yard is needed.
