Summer is a pit bull hound mix who weighed 74.1lbs on intake! 02/09/24 This sweet girl is Summer! Summer came to the shelter due to her previous owner's landlord not allowing dogs in the apartment. Summer was said to be super sweet, affectionate, friendly and outgoing. She was said to be gentle when playing and to get along with other dogs and humans of all ages. Summer does not do well with cats, so we recommend her next home not have any kitties. Summer was said to ride well in the car and to generally mind well. She has been known to be a bit vocal at times. If you are interested in meeting Miss Summer, please give the shelter a call!
