Move Forward with Volt!Volt has an immediate opening for a SMT Machine Operator for our client company located in beautiful Colorado Springs. This position offers a friendly work environment and opportunities for advancement. As a SMT Machine Operator: * Operate traditional fab equipment * Operate tools to complete wafer processing * Monitor process controls working with production and quality * Inspect operation production results * Use statistical process control and provide direct, hands-on support of manufacturing processes * Review design documentation, materials and designs for manufacturability * Provide pre and post manufacturing reviews and finalize process issues * Drive to reach zero defects by continually improving processes * Stencil design for complex circuit boards * Other duties as assignedThe ideal candidate will have: * 2+ years of Semiconductor Machine Operator Experience * Prior SMT experience highly desired * Soldering experience highly desiredPay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hourDay shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
