Multiple raises per year based on performance! Profit sharing and full benefits! Hours are typically daytime, Monday through Friday with possibility of overtime. If you are interested in other times, please inquire about availability. YOU WILL BE WORKING FOR A LEADING COMPANY IN THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT INDUSTRY! THEY OFFER COMPETITIVE WAGES, BENEFITS AND ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. Our company is looking for skilled Technicians (Mechanics) who have a MINIMUM of 5 years of full time previous, professional employment in a shop OR field service. Candidates must have: Very strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills as it pertains to use with heavy equipment. Excellent time management skills and ability to get work orders done in the expected/ allotted time. Must have at least 5 years experience working on equipment such as: Dozers Excavators Skid Steers Dump Trucks Backhoes Graders and other heavy equipment Must have at least 5 years experience doing major repairs to heavy equipment including; troubleshooting, using modern diagnostic tools such as laptops, hydraulics, electrical and overall machine repair Having previous dealer work experience or training is a plus but not a requirement Diesel Technology school is a plus but we equally consider candidates with the equivalent in work experience and time in the industry (no less than 5 years as stated above). MUST be able to pass a drug test and physical. For field service, you must have a clean driving record.
