Job: Booking travel-related services like lodging, auto rentals, and airfare will be one of your responsibilities as a remote travel agent. You'll offer knowledgeable counsel regarding trip plans, itineraries, and substitutes for travel insurance. Along with ensuring a high degree of client satisfaction, you will also handle conflicts and respond to client inquiries. Responsibilities: Help clients arrange their travel, including reservations for lodging, airfare, and rental cars Give well-informed recommendations on vacation spots, itineraries, and options for travel insurance Respond as quickly as you can to consumer concerns and questions Ensure that each and every communication and transaction you have with clients is properly documented Keep abreast of any changes in travel-related law and business Make sure, collectively, that the client experience is flawless Requirements: When collecting traveler information, be extremely cautious when managing customer information Handle payments and deposits with efficiency Make careful to double check addresses and names Make sure your clients' contact information is up to date Pay attention to the most recent travel restrictions Come along on this adventure with us!
